Fluidized bed dryer is continuous drying machine.Its quick in drying speed,low temperature,automatic production can be realized.
Working Principles:
Boiling dryer also known as intermittent fluidized bed dryer. Boiling means that the material will in the state of “fluidizing”. Scattered granular wet materials charges into the dryer through the hopper. After filtration, the air goes into the air distribution chamber of the host at the best dry air temperature, distributing by the butterfly valve, passing through the distribution plate at the bottom of the host, contacting with the materials, making the materials “boiling”in the dryer (fluidized state); The “boiling” particles contacts with the hot air sufficiently, completing the process of strong heat and mass transfer. After drying, the material is pumped into the cooling room, cooled by natural cooling, and then discharged. The waste air passes through the inner bag filter then emptying after suction fan.

♦ Drying and cooling complete in the same equipment. The charge method is Bulk feeding.
Application:
♦ Inorganic matter: Sodium perchlorate, persulphates, sodium perborate, basic nickel carbonate.
♦ Organic matter: Aminoguanidine bicarbonate, Hydantoin, 1-chloroanthraquinone, tartaric acid, sodium tartaric acid, potassium tartrate, o-Chlorobenzoic acid.
♦ Medicine: sulfadiazine, sulfathiazole, clarithromycin, L-tryptophan, tetracycline, sulfadoxine.
♦ Food and feed additives: Oxathiazinone dioxide, feeding chlortetracycline, potassium sorbate, betaine.
♦ Dye: Red base, Cationic Golden Yellow X-GL, Cationic Red X-GRL, Cationic Blue X-GRRL.
♦ Pesticides: chlorpyrifos, glyphosate, phosethyl-Al, tebuconazole, acephate.
♦ Chemical Agents: Ferrocene, casein.
